ITINERARY OF ALI BEDNI BUGYAL TREKING – 5 Nights / 6 Days
DAY 1- Rishikesh to Lohajung 7,700 ft (240 Km Drive)
Transfer from Rishikesh to Lohajung takes around 9 – 10 hrs. We start our journey around 6:00 AM from Rishikesh.On the way visit Devparyag and Dhari Devi Temple.
Guest House Check-In.
DAY 2- Lohajung to Didna Village 8,145 ft (7km Trek)
On the first day of the trek, we start around 8:00 AM total trek for the day is 7km. Trek is a gradual mix of ascent and descent. Reach the Campsite/Guest house by Lunch. Experience the dense oak and rhododendron forest on the way.
DAY 3- Didna Village to Abin Khark Via Ali Bugyal
12,200 (10Km Trek) After Breakfast, start trekking toward Ali Bugyla. The first stop will be Tolpani which is mid-way through the trek. Reach the Campsite by Lunch. Don’t forget to carry snacks and water.
Main attraction of today’s trek is Ali bugyal which is around 12,200ft. This place resembles of windows XP wallpaper.
DAY 4 Abin Khark to Ghairoli Patal Via Bedni Bugyal (6Km Trek)
After Breakfast, start trekking toward Beni Bugyal, the total trek for the day is 3.5km. The primary stop will be at Bedni bugyal, the most stunning and peaceful sight in this trek. Ali bugyal and Bedni bugyal are Asia’s most enormous meadows. One can also go to Bedni Top which is at 13,000 ft. Reach Campsite by Lunch. Rest of the day at leisure followed by dinner and a stay at Ghairoli Campsite.
DAY 5 Gahroli Patal to Lohajung Via Wan (8 km, 15 Kms Drive)
After breakfast, start your trek from Gahroli Patal to Wan, an 8 km downhill trek.
On the way to Wan, you can also spend time near Neel Ganga river and visit Latu Devta Temple at wan. From Wan, it’s around 15kms drive. The party starts tonight.
DAY 6 Lohajung to Rishikesh (240Km Drive)
Start your journey toward Rishikesh by 6:00 AM. Reach Rishikesh by evening. The trip ends with a bag full of memories.
